Define your criteria
Set a total budget including utilities and list your priorities: neighbourhood, commute, furnished or unfurnished, duration, services and surroundings.
Visit before signing
Check the actual condition of the property, equipment, noise, access, meters and what is included in the price. Photograph the condition of the property when appropriate.
Read the contract
Identify the rent, deposit, duration, departure conditions, charges and each party’s responsibilities. If an important point is unclear, get help before signing.
