Create a secure folder containing:
- Passport.pdf
- Visa.pdf
- Birth_certificate.pdf
- Diplomas.pdf
- Employment_contract.pdf
- Work_permit.pdf
- TRC.pdf
- Insurance.pdf
Keep it accessible from the cloud.
But do not keep your only copy on your phone.
If your phone is stolen, you should still be able to recover your documents from another device.
