- criminal record if necessary;
- certificates and documents related to your family;
- documents regarding your Vietnamese origins if you are a Việt Kiều;
- contracts or admission letters;
- identity photos;
- copies of your visas and old passports.
Some documents may require:
- translation;
- certification;
- legalization or other recognition formalities
depending on the procedure concerned.
So do not unnecessarily translate fifty documents in advance: first ask for the exact list required for your process.
