The identity of the parties
Owner and tenant.
- The exact address
- The duration of the lease
- The rent
- The deposit
- The payment date
- The charges
- The price of electricity and water
- The conditions for the return of the deposit
- The conditions for early termination
- The responsibility for repairs
- The inventory of furniture
For a Vietnamese contract that you do not fully understand, request a bilingual version or have it reviewed before signing.
